The FINIS tempo trainer is an Innovative product designed by FINIS, to help develop the consistency of stroke rate in all Four strokes. Keeping that heart rate at bay and forming a smoother swimming stroke.

The Tempo Trainer attaches to the goggle strap or is placed under the swimmng cap. Transmitting an audible beep for the swimmer. The time frequency can be adjusted in 100's of a second and is very simple to use.
