The value of drag resistance is well known and these garments are made in two layers of fabric to create resistance through the water. We have specially imported Kiefer Training Suits which are made in top quality fabrics. The suits have been designed for drag at various levels for training and for race warm ups.

1. Universal - There are two resistance levels to accommodate all requirements. The heavier suit for Club and Elite swimmers and the lighter suit for Juniors and Ladies. They can be worn over normal swimwear and therefore are unisex.

2. Female - This suit has been designed for more style and comfort for the female Club and Elite Swimmer. To be worn over normal swimwear.
